ABOUT
ME!
MY STORY
I am currently a student at Columbia College Chicago, working towards graduating in the spring of 2026 with a photography BFA major. My journey into the world of art began unexpectedly when I started capturing my sister's dance recitals. Encouragement from my aunt, an artist herself, ignited a passion within me that has since become the focal point of my life. I chose photography as my primary medium at the age of 14, although I also have a fascination with graphic design, it's photography that truly resonates with me.
In my artistic pursuits, I find myself drawn to themes of confidence, femininity, and the interplay of colors. Every hue, shade, and juxtaposition in my work is carefully orchestrated to convey emotions, provoke thought, and inspire introspection.
My artistic vision is firmly rooted in feminist principles. I strive to create images that challenge the male gaze and empower women to assert ownership over their bodies and sexuality. It's my way of contributing to a broader conversation about representation and agency in the visual arts.
